直接采用碳氢化合物作为燃料是固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)技术发展的必然趋势,因而开发能够直接使用碳氢化合物燃料的新型SOFC阳极材料是十分必要的。由于CeO2基复合材料对碳氢化合物燃料有良好的催化性能,并且具有较高的氧化还原能力及优异的储放氧性能,因此被越来越广泛地应用到SOFC的阳极材料中。文章系统总结并分析了目前较为广泛研究的Mn、Fe、Cu、Co和Ni单一掺杂和共掺杂CeO2作为SOFC阳极材料的物理特性及电化学性能,并对CeO2基复合氧化物作为中温SOFC阳极材料的未来研究方向进行了展望。
Using hydrocarbons as a fuel is an inevitable trend for the development of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology. Thus it is necessary to develop a new SOFC anode material that can directly use the hydrocarbon fuels. CeO2-based composite material has been widely used as an essential part of SOFC anode materials due to its good catalytic properties, high redox ability and elevated oxygen storage capacity. This paper systematically summarized and analyzed the physical and electrochemical properties of Mn, Fe, Cu, Co and Ni doped or co-doped CeO2 as anode materials of SOFC, and the future developments of CeO2-based composite oxides are proposed.
