以废弃桉树皮作为原料,采用水热碳化法制备水热焦,考察了不同水热温度对水热焦物化组成、物化性质和燃烧特性等的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高,水热焦得率有所降低,但产物碳含量升高,而氧含量相应降低。由于生物质q-纤维素和木质素等组分未完全分解,所得水热焦整体仍呈碎片状态,但其表面羟基和羧基等亲水基团含量显著降低,表明其疏水性能得到增强。热失重结果显示,水热温度越高,制备的水热焦碳化程度越高,其燃烧性能也越好。
Hydrochars were prepared by hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) of waste eucalyptus barks. Effects of hydrothermal reaction temperature on the physical compositions, physico-chemical properties and combustion behaviors of the produced hydrochars were investigated. The results showed that yield of hydrochars decreased with the increasing of reaction temperature, while carbon content of hydrochars increased along with a reduction in oxygen content. The hydrochars presented as fragments due to the incomplete decomposition of cellulose and lignin of the biomass during HTC process. However, the hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface of hydrochars were significantly decreased, indicating that the hydrophobicity was enhanced. Based on the thermogravimetric analysis, the results showed that an increase in hydrothermal reaction temperature could improve the carbonization degree and combustion performance of hydrochars.
