以半导体制冷热电堆为研究对象,建立其控制系统的动态数学模型。选取通过热电堆的直流电流为控制量,冷端和热端的温度分别为输出,将半导体热电堆传热的物理过程用热电堆的五种效应通过状态方程表达出来,建立起输入输出间的动态数学模型。基于 MATLAB 仿真平台,建立动态数学模型的仿真模型,并求解。通过调节电流的大小,仿真模拟出控制量变化时的曲线。
