中外合作办学已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。由于中西方文化在权力距离、集体与个体主义等价值观上的差异,合作双方在教学模式、教学内容、教学评价和教学管理上冲突不断,融合势在必行。“文化自觉”是对自身文化和他人文化的反思,不同文化之间取长补短共同建立多元一体文化,为处理中西教学文化接触的问题提供了新的视角。可通过培育便于沟通的教学环境、基于沟通的核心教学文化和相应的教学制度等路径打造集本土文化传统与异质文化特色于一体的第三方新型教学文化。
Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important part of higher education in China. However,the two parties have been experiencing conflicts in teaching mode, teaching content, teaching evaluation and teach- ing management due to their different cultural values in power, collectivism and individucism. And integration is imperative. Cultural consciousness is a reflection on one's own culture and other cultures. People should learn from other cultures so as to better his own culfure and estabhsh a combination of multi-culture ,which can provide a new perspective for settling Sino-foreign cultural problem in teaching from the perspective of cultural consciousness. This essay tries to inspect different development histories and characteristics of the two teaching cultures, promoting their self adaptation and innovation to create a new paradigm of the third party.
