采用固态发酵的方法,考察了两株不同型号的铜绿假单胞菌(AB93066和ATCC9027)对白腐菌(黄孢原毛平革菌)产木质纤维素降解酶(木素过氧化物酶LiP、锰过氧化物酶MnP和羧甲基纤维素酶CMCase)的影响,并对酶提取液的pH值、表面张力及稻草降解残渣中挥发性有机质含量的变化进行了分析.结果表明,添加5.72%的AB93066可使LiP、MnP和CMCase酶活分别提高67.8%、57.9%和17.8%;而添加2.86%的ATCC9027时可使LiP、MnP和CMCase酶活分别提高86.3%、49.3%和43.7%.发酵过程中,添加ATCC9027的酶提取液的表面张力明显低于添加AB93066,添加铜绿假单胞菌对酶提取液的pH值无明显影响,而挥发性有机质含量的变化与酶活变化呈正相关关系.
The effects of Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the production of lignin peroxidase,manganese peroxidase and CMCase from Phanerochaete chrysosporium in a solid substrate fermentation process were studied.Effects of different concentrations of Ps.aeruginosa on other parameters,such as pH,surface tension of crude enzyme liquid,volatile organic matter concentration were also evaluated.The results showed that Ps.aeruginosa AB93066 at 5.72% increased the production of LiP,MnP and CMCase by 67.8%,57.9% and 17.8%,respectively while strain Ps.aeruginosa ATCC9027 at 2.86% increased the production of LiP,MnP and CMCase by 86.3%,49.3% and 43.7%,respectively.The surface tension of crude enzyme liquid from P.aeruginosa ATCC9027 was lower than that from Ps.aeruginosa AB93066.The addition of Ps.aeruginosa had no significant influence on the pH value.The volatile organic matter concentration was positively correlated with the enzymatic activity.
