为了在动态竞争环境下构建合理的物流网络,提出考虑服务水平、产品价格及距离的客户效用函数,基于客户价值差异及其动态变化建立了以企业为领导者、以竞争者为跟随者的销售终端优化双层规划模型和企业上游产销网络优化模型,从而实现企业物流网络的整体优化.针对该模型的特点,采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法等设计了迭代求解算法并进行了数值仿真,结果表明:企业在利润和销量上均获得了较好的结果,所占比例分别为50.81%和55.75%,该结果比Lingo10.0编程计算的结果更优.通过数值仿真分析表明了模型和算法的有效性,为动态环境下基于客户价值差异的物流网络设计提供了理论支持.
To construct the reasonable logistics network in dynamic competitive environment, the customer utility function was proposed by considering the factors of service level, price and distance. The hi-level programming mod- el with the enterprise as the leader and the competitor as the follower was established to optimize sale terminals based on the differences and changes of customer value. The model to optimize enterprise's upstream network was proposed to achieve overall optimization of the enterprise's logistics network. For the characteristics of the model, an iterative solving algrithm was designed based on the fast and elitist non-dominated sorting generic algorithm, and a simulation example was studied. Analysis results showed that the enterprise obtained good results on the profits and sales, and the proportions were 50. 81% and 55.75% respectively, which was better than that of calculated by Lingo 10.0. The validity of proposed model and the algorithm were indicated by the numerical simulation, which provided theoretical support for logistics network design based on the differences of customer value in dynamic envi- ronment.
