进行城市生态系统健康评价,有助于为城市综合发展对环境影响的评估提供科学依据.以关中5市作为研究对象,从自然、社会和经济三个方面构建了包含20项指标的城市生态系统健康评价指标体系,采用熵权赋值法确定指标权重,并应用模糊综合评价法对各市生态系统进行健康评价.结果表明,渭南在"不健康"级别的隶属度最大,为0.384,西安、咸阳和铜川处于"亚健康"状态,宝鸡处于"较健康"状态.基于熵权法和模糊综合评价法的城市生态系统健康评价模型,改进了城市生态系统健康评价的方法,评价过程清晰,计算简便,结果客观可信.
City ecosystem health assessment,which could contribute to providing scientific evidence for assessment the environmental impact of comprehensive development of cities.Taking 5 cities of Guanzhong area as research object,an assessment index system of city ecosystem health is setup based on analyzing natural,social and economic factors which included 20 concrete items.A new approach for city ecosystem health assessment is proposed by combining entropy weight with fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.In the new approach the entropy weight is used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes; while fuzzy synthetic evaluation is introduced to evaluate the eco-environment vulnerability of municipalities.The results show that the city ecosystem health of Weinan is at ill health level;while that of Xi’an,Tongchuan and Xianyang is sub-health; and Baoji is relatively health.The model of city ecosystem health assessment based on the entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which could improve the method of city ecosystem health assessment; this evaluation method is clearer,simple in calculation; the results are more objective.
