基于我国制造行业185家上市企业的样本数据,通过多元回归的方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明:企业过去的绩效反馈和未来的绩效预期对企业战略变化有着显著的交互影响作用,并且这种影响作用视两种绩效的不同情况有所区别。
Based on 185 manufacturing finns' data in China, it carries out the empirical study through multiple regression. Results show that the interactive effects of performance feedback and performance expectation significanlly influence firms' strategic change, and the interactive effects are different under the different levels of performance feedback and perfnrmanee expectation.
