采用一种简单低成本的方法,以蔗糖作为碳源,在氮气气氛下以不同温度焙烧合成纳米SnO2/C复合材料.并对所得样品进行XRD,TEM表征及电化学性能测试.XRD结果表明复合材料中碳是无定形的.透射电镜(TEM)结果显示SnO2平均粒径为10nm左右,并被碳均匀包裹.纳米SnO2/C复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料呈现高的库伦效率和较好的循环稳定性.
3. nanosized SnO2/C composite is prepared for negative electrode by using an one-pot synthetic route. The composite materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission eletron microscopy. Experiment results show that the carbon in the composite is amorphous, and the SnO2 particles are homogenously dispersed in the carbon matrix with the average erystallite size of about 10nm. The electrochemical property tests of the nanosized SnO2/C composites used as negative materials for lithium ion batteries show high discharge capacity and excellent cycling performance.
