通过噪声试验,验证了新型Hy-Vo齿形链高速下的低噪声特性,首次研究了链轮量棒测量距的变化、中心距(垂度)的变化、节距的变化对新型Hy—Vo齿形链噪声特性的影响规律.提出了降低新型Hy—Vo齿形链传动噪声的有效方法,从而为新型Hy—Vo齿形链的国产化奠定了基础。试验结果表明,新型Hy—Vo齿形链传动的噪声明显低于套筒滚子链传动的噪声,同时也进一步验证了新型Hy—Vo齿形链及链轮啮合分析及其设计方法的科学性和可行性。
Through the noise experiment,it is proved the low-noise characteristics of new Hy- Vo silent chain under high speed. It first made the research on the influence rules on the low-noise characteristics of new Hy-Vo silent chain according to the change of sprockets meter distance, center distance and pitch. It also raised the effective way of lowering the noise of new Hy-Vo silent chain and laid the foundation on the nationalization of new Hy-Vo silent chain. It is showed by the experimental results that the noise of new Hy-Vo silent chain is obviously lower than that of sleeve roller chain. At the same time, it proves the sensibility and feasibility of the analysis and design method of meshing theory of new Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket.
