为模拟露天矿矿渣混合料充填煤矿采空区后的工程性质,利用一种专用的压实试验装置,进行了矿渣混合料压实特性的试验研究;讨论了应力与应变、压实度以及变形模量的关系。研究表明,矿渣混合料在压实过程中,应变随着轴向应力增加而减少,两者之间呈对数关系;变形模量随着应力的增加而线性增加。在相同应力条件下,细小颗粒含量较高的混合料应变较小,压缩模量较高,抗压缩性能较高,充填后对上部岩体的支撑效果较好。
In order to simulate the engineering property of goal which is backfilled with openair slag mixture, the paper adopts a specialized experimental setup to conduct a research on compacting characteristics of slag mixture and explore the relationships between stress and strain, compactness and deformation modulus. The results show that, in the process of compacting, the strain decreases with the axial stress increasing, and there is a logarithmic relationship between them; the modulus of deformation increases linearly with the stress increasing. Under the same stress conditions, the strain of the mixture which contains more small grains is lower and its compression modulus and resistance to compression are higher than other mixture. When it is used as the filling material, there will have good supporting effectiveness on the upper rock of the goal.
