The research of enhancement methods about remote sensing images is the base to take the application works about remote sensing. In the paper, several main methods of image enhancement about satellite image are introduced. Spectral enhancement includes linear contrast stretch, non-linear contrast stretch, histogram equalization and histogram matching etc. In the paper, basic concept and methods of spatial enhancement are discussed clearly, and give detail discuss about main component analysis among multibands enhancement.
