基于温差法过盈装配过程,建立了齿轮与轴的过盈装配有限元模型,分析了过盈配合后的等效应力、接触压力、剪切应力和位移量,并讨论了过盈量、摩擦因数和齿轮内孔倒圆角对过盈配合的影响。研究结果表明,齿轮和轴的应力和应变存在边缘奇异性,齿轮的最大等效应力和最大位移发生在距端部约1mm处,轴的最大剪切应力发生在接触表面内2mm处;过盈量与组件的应力和应变呈近似线性关系;摩擦因数不影响过盈配合后的应力、应变;当齿轮内孔倒圆角
The finite element model for the interference assembly of gear and shaft was established on the basis of using the temperature difference method to analyze the interference assembling process. The equivalent stress of interference, contact pressure, shear stress and displacement were analyzed. The effect of interference, friction co- efficient and bore fillet of gear on interference fit was discussed. The findings show that there exists edge singularity with the stress and strain of gear. The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum displacement of gear take place at the position 1 mm away fi-om the end face. The maximum shear stress of shaft takes place at the position 2 mm under the contact surface. The relation between interference and stress and strain of the parts is of an approximate linear one. Friction coefficient does not affect the stress and strain after interference fit. When the bore fillet radius is 1 mm, the edge singularity can be improved remarkably.
