目的:探讨三芪口服液对糖尿病模型大鼠肾脏损伤因素中脂毒性和氧化应激的干预。方法:选用4周龄雄性SD大鼠40只:随机取8只作为对照组,其余32只大鼠为造模组。造模组行右肾切除术,对照组于开腹后即行切口缝合,2周后造模组腹腔注射STZ溶液(剂量35 mg.kg-1),对照组腹腔注射同等剂量无菌柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液。筛选成模糖尿病大鼠16只,随机分为模型组和三芪组,每组8只。三芪组给予三芪口服液,对照组和模型组给予相同容积蒸馏水。干预6周,观察各组大鼠一般情况、尿蛋白、血脂、肾功能指标、肾组织氧化应激指标。结果:与模型组比较,三芪组大鼠尿蛋白、肾功能、血脂及氧化应激指标均明显改善(P〈0.01)。结论:三芪口服液具有肾脏保护作用,其机制可能和改善脂毒性和氧化应激损伤相关。
Objective:To investigate the Sanqi Oral Liquid′s effects on the lipotoxicity and oxidative stress of the factors causing kidney injury in Diabetes Mellitus(DM) rat model.Method:40 SD rats,4 weeks old,were divided into 2 groups,control group 8 rats,model group 32 rats.Model group received right-kidney resection operation,control group sham operation.2 weeks later model group rats were injected(STZ,35 mg·kg-1),and control group rats administrated by the same dosage′s sterile Citric Acid-Sodium Citrate buffer solution.16 DM rats were selected and divided into model group and Sanqi group,8 rats one group.Sanqi group rats were administrated by Sanqi oral liquid,2 groups were both administrated by the same dosage distilled water.6 weeks later,the rats′ general condition,urine protein,blood lipid,kidney function and kidney tissue oxidative stress indexes were measured.Results:Compared with model group,Sanqi group′s urine protein,kidney function,blood lipid and oxidative stress indexes improved(P0.01).Conclusion:Sanqi Oral Solution has the kidney protection effects.The mechanism may be associated with its improving the DM lipotoxicity and anti-oxidative stress.
