采用Fluent软件,对工作面进风侧无风帘、风帘长度20 m、30m、40 m四种情况下的采空区流场进行了数值模拟,分析了不同风帘长度下采空区瓦斯和自燃"三带"的分布情况。结果表明:随风帘长度增加,采空区瓦斯爆炸范围虽变化不明显,但距工作面越来越近;采空区自燃带逐渐向工作面靠近,能使窒息带在采空区走向方向上变宽,覆盖原本位于采空区自燃带中后部(靠近窒息带)的高温点,降低采空区自燃发火的危险性。

英文摘要:

The paper intends to introduce our research results of the impact of the wind-curtain length on the gas concentration and the distribution of the spontaneous combustion of "the three zones"in the goaf. For our research purpose,we have first of all established four 3-D goaf physical models with wind-curtains in their respective curtain lengths of 20 m,30 m and 40 m in the inlet sides of the working face. Then we have worked out a numerical simulation of the aforementioned four different kinds of physical flowing fields in the goaf. Last of all,an analysis has been done with the gas concentrations and the spontaneous combustion with the"three zones"distribution in a variety of the wind curtain lengths. The results of our investigation can be briefly described as follows: with the increase of the wind curtain length,the gas volume fractions in the goaf tend to increase in general on account of the reduction of the air leakage and the overall movement of the isolines of the gas volume fractions moving towards the working face. On the other hand,in the inlet side of the goaf,with the increase of the wind-curtain length,the width of the likely gas explosion area( 5%- 16%) along the strike of the goaf may also tend to get closer and closer to the working face,though in the middle of goaf,the likely range of the gas explosion( 5%-16%) may not change very much. However,with the increase of the length of the wind curtain,the spontaneous combustion zone may gradually move toward the goaf in its inlet side and the width of spontaneous combustion zone has in turn significantly been reduced. Thus,the aforementioned analysis of the moving regularity of the spontaneous combustion zone can help us to find that hanging the wind curtain is favorable to reduce the air leakage and make the suffocative zone wider along the strike of the goaf so as for the high temperature dot,which is originally located on the middle-rear part of the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf( near suffocative zone),to be covered by
