The NC turning processing technology and programming on the aluminum alloy nozzle part was researched. The difficult point, such as tile inner taper with minor diameter and thin-wall part etc, was analyzed. The reasonable NC processing teehnolngy was made. The special cutting tool and fixture was designed. The NC program was composed and the main point was sumnmrized.
