碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备大颗粒CeO2的研究

采用碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备了大颗粒CeO2。研究了沉淀、干燥和焙烧过程各条件对CeO2粒度的影响,确定了碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备大颗粒CeO2的最佳工艺条件。在最佳条件下制备了D50为31.52μm,菜花状的大颗粒CeO2。该工艺操作简单,设备投资少,易于推广,适合于工业化生产。

英文摘要:

The big particle CeO2 were prepared using NH4HCO3 as precipitation agent. The effects of various conditions in the precipitation, dry and calcination process on particle size of CeO2 were studied. The optimum preparation condition was gained by plenty of experiments.The dispersed cauliflower like CeO2 with volume center diameter Dso 31.52μm were prepared. This tecnology had advantages of simple process, less investment in equipment, easy to expand and suitable for industrialization.
