选用9个春性甘蓝型油菜雄性不育系和5个春性甘蓝型油菜优势恢复系,采用不完全双列杂交,配制45个杂交组合。对这些组合的7个主要数量性状进行配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明:双亲的一般配合力效应依次对杂交F1代的株高、有效分枝高度、一次有效分枝数、主花序有效长度、单株有效角果数、千粒质量、单株产量有明显影响;特殊配合力效应对株高、有效分枝高度、主花序有效长度、千粒质量、单株产量的表现有较大影响;9个春性甘蓝型油菜雄性不育系中62A、101A、2042A和CN12A的一般配合力效应值较高;5个春性甘蓝型油菜恢复系中C1、R-Q5的一般配合力效应值较高;单株产量特殊配合力好的组合是2042A×C1、CN12A×R323和604A×R-Q5。遗传力分析表明,千粒质量、单株产量、有效分枝高度、主花序有效长度及株高等的遗传力较高。
Nine male sterile lines and five superior restore lines were chosen from spring-planted Brassica napus to configurate 45 hybridized combinations with the incomplete diallel cross design(NCII),the combining ability and heritability of seven major characters of 45 hybridized combinations were analyzed.The results show that,general combining ability of parents have important effects on plant height,effective branch height,first effective branch,main inflorescence effective length,effective pod per plant,1 000-seed mass,average yields,respectively;special combining ability of parents have large influence on plant height,effective branch height,main inflorescence effective length,1 000-seed mass,average yields,respectively.62 A,101A,2042 Aand CN12Ahave the higher general combining ability in 9spring-planted cytoplasmic male sterile lines;C1and R-Q5 have the higher general combining ability in 5spring-planted restore lines;the hybridized combination of 2042A×C1,CN12A×R323and 604A×R-Q5 have better special combining ability on average yield.The heredity analysis showed that plant height,effective branch height,main inflorescence effective length,1 000-seed mass,average yield are higher.
