为了提高花椒籽的经济价值和社会效益,充分利用花椒资源,以运城花椒籽为原料,采用溶液浸提法提取花椒籽中黑色素。以提取液吸光度作为评价指标,考察提取过程中各因素对花椒籽黑色素得率影响。然后,用正交法优化花椒籽黑色素的提取工艺条件。结果表明:影响花椒籽黑色素得率主次因素为:提取温度>;料液比>提取时间;正交法最优工艺参数:提取温度60℃,提取时间4.5 h,料液比1∶35(g/mL),提取次数1次,花椒籽黑色素提取液的吸光度达到最高值0.345。
In order to improve the economic benefits and social value of the prickly ash seed and fully use of this resource, the melanin was extracted from prickly ash seed by solvents in this paper. The influences of various factors on the obtaining ratio of prickly ash seed melanin were studied by single factor test , such as solution concentration, extraction temperature, ratio of solid to liquid and extraction time. Absorbance was selected as a substitute of melanin content. The optimize extraction process were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that:the order of factors affected melanin yield from prickly ash seed was:temperature>ratio of solid to liquor>time. The optimum extraction temperature, the optimum extraction time, ratio of solid to liquid, extraction times were 60℃, 4.5 h, 1∶35(g/mL)and 1 times. The absorbance was as high as 0.345.
