[目的/意义]结合中国文化情境,从使能和抑制双重视角探究影响高校科研团队隐性知识共享意愿的因素及其作用机理。[方法/过程]整合计划行为理论、面子理论和激励理论,提出研究假设并构建理论模型。采用问卷访谈的方式收集来自中部10余所高校科研团队的297份有效问卷为研究样本,利用SmartPLS2.0验证理论模型。[结果/结论]助人愉悦感正向促进隐性知识共享意愿,感知优势丧失负向抑制隐性知识共享意愿;集体主义倾向和组织奖励对助人愉悦感有正向影响作用,而感知面子威胁对助人愉悦感有负向影响作用;感知面子威胁和感知个人所有权对感知优势丧失有正向影响作用,而组织奖励对感知优势丧失有负向影响作用。
[ Purpose/significancel This paper tries to explore factors influencing tacit knowledge sharing desire in university research team and their interaction mechanism in Chinese cultural context from dual-perspectives of enablers and inhibitors. [ Method/process ] Based on the theory of planned behaviour, the face theory and the motivation theory, hypotheses and theoretical model are proposed. 297 valid questionnaires of research teams from more than 10 central region universities are collected as research sampies. SmartPLS 2. 0 is applied to test hypotheses and the model. [ Result/conclusion] Joviality of helping others significantly promotes tacit knowledge sharing desire, while perceived loss of advantage restrains it. Tendency of collectivism and organizational reward have significant positive impact on joviality of helping others, while perceived threat of face has a negative impact on it. Perceived threat of face and perceived self-ownership have significant positive impact on perceived loss of advantage, while organizational reward has a negative impact on it.
