研究了黄斑篮子鱼(Siganus oramin)在3种暴露方式条件下,4种酞酸酯化合物(DEHP、DBP、DEP和DMP)在体内积累与分布状况.结果显示,在水体暴露处理组中,鱼体内积累的含量分别为:DMP0.036mg/kg,DEP0.122mg/kg,DBP0.276mg/kg,DEHP0.921mg/kg,其中DMP和DEP在内脏中含量最低,而在鱼残体组织和肌肉中含量较高;DBP和DEHP在鱼残体组织中含量最高,内脏中含量次之,而在肌肉中含量最低.在食物暴露处理组中,分别为:DMP0.024mg/kg,DEP0.124mg/kg,DBP0.573mg/kg,DEHP1.034mg/kg,其中DMP和DEP在肌肉组织中含量最高,而DBP和DEHP在内脏中含量最高,在肌肉中含量最低.在水体与食物混合暴露处理组中,分别为DMP0.058mg/kg,DEP0.178mg/kg,DBP0.702mg/kg,DEHP1.87mg/kg,其含量均高于水体暴露组和食物暴露组.食物暴露处理组中侧链较长的DEHP和DBP在鱼体内的含量较高,而侧链最短的DMP富集量较低.食物暴露处理组中DMP在鱼体内含量最低;水体和食物混合暴露处理组中DEHP含量最高.
The accumulation and distribution of four kinds ofphthalate esters compounds (DEHP, DBP, DEP and DMP) in body were studied in the condition ofS. oramin under 3 kinds of exposure ways. The contents of four PAEs were DMP 0.036 mg/kg, DEP 0.122 mg/kg, DBP 0.276 mg/kg and DEHP 0.921 mg/kg under water borne exposure respectively, DMP 0.024 mg/kg, DEP 0.124 mg/kg, DBP 0.573 mg/kg and DEHP 1.034 mg/kg under food exposure respectively; in water exposure treating the content of DMP and DEP was the lowest in viscera and the highest in fish relict tissues, DBP and DEHP in muscle tissues were lowest. On the contrary, it was the highest in muscle and viscera for DMP and DEP and the lowest in muscle for DBP and DEHP under food exposure treatment. The content of four PAEs in S. oramin fish body was the higher in mixed exposure treatment than other two exposure treatments. It was higher for DEHP and DBP and lower for DMP in fish body under food exposure treating than under water borne exposure treating. In all treatments, it was the lowest for DMP in food exposure and the highest for DEHP in water exposure and mixed exposure treatment.
