针对当前产品实际设计过程中设计成果重用度低、设计方法难共享、设计人员交差工作时间长等问题等特点,结合Web服务本体描述语言的思想,构建了一种能够实现企业内外部服务资源集成共享以及面向汽车零部件新产品研发的协同设计云平台总体框架,给出了其体系结构和运行服务模式,并对设计需求和服务资源的语义匹配进行探索,建立了面向资源搜索的语义推理和描述框架模式的服务发现和服务虚拟化模型,有效解决了约束条件服务参数的匹配和设计资源的动态分配。采用AJAX和Java开发了云平台原型,结合汽车零部件产业的实际对该平台进行了初步应用实践。
Aiming at the characteristics of the service resource such as distributed, heterogeneous, dynamic and non-standard under the cloud computing environment, Combined with the Web ontology language for service, a general collaborative design platform framework was established which included the enterprises' resource integration sharing and supported automobile parts new product development, and its architecture as well as the operation service mode were analyzed. The semantic matching between manufacturing requirements and service resource was discussed, the service virtualization model and the service discovery model respectively oriented to the framework description and semantic reasoning were built, which could effectively salve the service parameters matching and dynamic allocation of manufacturing resources. Through the AJAX and Java, the preliminary application of the programs of platform was conducted in automobile industries.
