利用沪深300成份股上市公司的数据,检验了任务导向董事会群体断裂带对企业价值的影响,以及董事会努力程度的中介作用。研究结果表明:任务导向董事会群体断裂带对董事会努力程度和企业价值具有显著的消极影响,且董事会努力程度在任务导向董事会群体断裂带对企业价值的影响过程中起部分中介作用,即董事会群体断裂带通过董事会努力程度对企业价值具有一定的间接功效。
Based on the data ot CSI 300 Constituent Stocks Listed Companies, an empirical re-search is conducted to test the influence of the board task-related faultlines on firm value and the medi-ating effect of board effort level. The empirical result shows that the board task-related faultlines has negative effect on board effort level and firm value, and that board effort level aets as a partial media-tor in the relationship between board tasked-related faultlines and firm value. Further, the board group faultlines has indirect influence on firm value through board effort level.
