为了研究医院绩效管理与员工行为之间关系,本次问卷选取了9所国有医院,3所民营医院进行调查。通过对回收的334份有效问卷数据的分析发现:不同类型、不同等级的医院在绩效管理的目标明确、工作反馈、工作支持、绩效工资和绩效奖励方面差异显著.绩效管理对组织承诺和员工满意度有显著的影响作用。最后,根据分析的结果提出了医院绩效管理的建议。
There are 9 state-owned hospitals and 3 private hospitals investigated in order to research the relationship between performance management and employee's behaviors in hospitals. Based on analysis of 334 valid questionnaires, it is proved that the difference of some aspects on goal setting, feedback, work support, performance-based pay, and performancebased reward of performance management between various type and grade hospitals is significant. Performance management influences employee's behavior obviously. Finally, some suggestions are made to improve hospital performance management.
