为了从系统性量化角度对第四方物流(4PL)整合供应链复杂资源的决策过程进行分析,以形成合理、高效及灵活的整合模式指导运作实践,从资源整合的整合成本输入及整合收益输出关系入手,搭建了4PL模式下供应链资源整合的基本运作框架,描述了整合的基本输入与输出关系。在此基础上,从整合的收益与风险系统性权衡与量化角度,对4PL模式下的供应链资源整合决策问题进行了分析,着重探讨了整合后的期望收益关系、整合的收益与风险衡量及量化方法以及基于该方法的整合决策问题。最后,通过整合决策的算例验证了结果的客观性及所提分析思路的理论与现实意义。
In order to analyze the decision process of 4PL resource integration in supply chain management, this paper sets forth a general operational framework for the supply chain resource integration under 4PL based on the integration cost and benefit and describes such an input-output relationship. It analyses the supply chain resource integration decisions under 4PL by systemically quantifying and weighing the benefits and risks of the integration. The paper focuses on the expected benefit after integration and the quantification methods of integration benefit and risk. Finally, the paper verifies the objectivity of the results and the theoretical and practical significance of the proposed ideas through a ease study.
