考察了HRV度量脑力负荷的有效性,72名年轻男性参加了实验。使用四项脑力任务:短时记忆、简单计算、逻辑推理和空间处理来产生脑力负荷,每项任务包含低、中、高三档难度,持续时间5min。记录并分析了被试在每个实验阶段如下HRV指标:窦性心搏NN间期标准差(SDNN)、相邻NN间期差值的均方根(rMSSD)、低频功率(LF,0.04Hz~0.15Hz)、高频功率(HF,0.15H~0.4Hz)和低高频功率之比(LF/HF)。结果表明:SDNN、rMSSD和HF有效性较差;LF和LF/HF的有效性较好。
The purpose of this study is to test the validity of heart rate variability (HRV) of measuring mental workload. Seventy-two young men participated in this study. In the experimental design, four mental tasks with three difficulty levels and each lasting five minutes were conducted to generate mental workload. The five HRV indexes were recorded and analyzed: SDNN, rMSSD, LF, HF, and LF/HF. Results show that SDNN, rMSSD, and HF are weak, while LF and LF/HF are strong in differentiating mental workload.
