通过运动学和动力学分析得到FB2型内燃机凸轮/平底挺柱摩擦副在一个周期内的综合曲率半径、卷吸速度和载荷变化情况,在内燃机凸轮/从动件的瞬态热弹性流体动力润滑数值仿真平台上研究FB2型凸轮与平底挺柱摩擦副的摩擦学性能。分析结果表明在凸轮的基圆段和缓冲段部分,摩擦因数在0.015~0.017之间,接触区中心的油膜厚度在0.9μm左右;在凸轮桃尖附近摩擦因数高达0.079;在卷吸速度为0的两个位置由于温度楔效应和挤压效应中心油膜厚度仍维持在0.313和0.270μm。
The equivalent radius of curvature, the entraining velocity and the load per unit of a FB2 cam/flat lifter contact which vary with time as a function of cam' s angle of rotation within a cycle were analyzed kinematically and dynamically. The tribological characteristics of this pair were investigated on a transient thermoelastohydrodynamic simulator numerically. It is shown that the tribological behaviors at the part of base circle and buffer area of cam are stable and the friction coefficient is between 0. 015 -0. 017, the film thickness of contact center is about 0.9 μm. In the nose region, the friction coefficient is as high as 0. 079. At the locations of zero entraining velocity, the oil film thickness at the contact cen- ter are 0. 313 μm and 0. 270 μm because of the temperature wedge action.
