Taken Hebei peanuts planting for example,according to principle of production induced,though the comparative analysis with other peanut planting provinces（2005—2009） and themselves（1995—2009） on scientific research,peanut planting cost investment and benefit,defined the key point about production input and benefits and its causes,analyzed the trend of peanut planting the costs and benefits change,then put forward policy suggestions to stability and promoted the development of peanut planting,such as focuses on the techniques research and varieties,inhibiting production material rising cost,strengthen peanut products price controls,perfecting the peanut planting subsidy policy.
