目的运用中医传承辅助系统（V1．1）软件提供的数据分析平台，分析李东垣眼病方剂用药组方规律，加深对其论治眼病学术思想的理解。方法将《兰室秘藏》及《东垣试效方》治疗眼病的内服方剂，分内外障录入“中医传承辅助系统”，通过软件集成的药物“频次统计”、“用药模式”、“规则分析”等功能，统计分析李东垣论治眼病的遣方用药特点。结果李东垣用药集中，善用辛散，重用甘温，慎用苦寒，常以甘温之品合风药补中升阳泻火。李东垣还善于运用五脏苦欲补泻用药之法论治目病。在内外障的用药上亦有所区别。结论基于中医传承辅助系统的李东垣眼病方剂分析结果．反映了李东垣从脾胃论治眼病的学术思想和用药特点。通过对李东垣眼病方剂的数据分析，有利于对其学术思想的理解和继承。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To use traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance support system （V 1.1 ） to analyze the composing principles of Li Dongyuan＇ s prescriptions for eye diseases. METHODS The Li Dongyuan＇ s prescriptions for eye diseases were collected and entered into the TCM inheritance support system, by using software integration data analysis to analyze composing principles. RESULTS It was medication characteristics to take advantage of pungent drug and sweet-warm drugs, careful with bitter-cold drugs and good at using the methods of Five Zang Viscera＇s reinforcing-reducing to treatment eye diseases. Also, the drug was different in external eye disease and internal eye disease. CONCLUSIONS The TCM inheritance support system could be used to analyze and summarize Li Dongyuan＇ s academic thought and medication features.
