以硅烷偶联剂KH560和以溶液法制得的含羟基的丙烯酸树脂为原料,通过硅氧基与羟基的水解缩聚反应,制备了透明的有机硅疏水膜。用FT-IR、GPC、固含量的测试以及接触角测定,对合成产物结构和亲/疏水特性进行分析表征,并讨论了KH560的添加对疏水膜耐水性和耐热性的影响。
A transparent hydrophobic coating containing silicone-acrylics resins for inorganic glass was prepared by mixing hydrolyzed KH560 and polyacrylates copolymer. The raw marerials used to synthesize acrylic copolymer was synthesized by using n-butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), ethyl acrylate (EA) and methacrylic acid 2-hydroxyethyl ester (HEMA). The coating products exhibited good adhesion with base material. The prepolymer was coated and cured with silicone monomer KH560 by heating to form a membrane, which endows products hydrophobic property, water-resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures. It is found that with increasing the content of KH560, these properties of the membrane improve without the loss of transmissivity.
