英文摘要：

Roegneria zaquensis Y.H.Wu et S.L.Lu,a new species of Gramineae from Zadoi County,Qinghai Province,is described and illustrated.The new species is related to Roegneria yushuensis L.B.Cai.However,it has auricles on top at the both sides of sheath.The spike is grey green,10～15 cm long,the base of spike was wrapped up by the sheath.The glume is shorter,the first one 2～3 mm long and the second one 4～5 mm long.The lemmas without hairs on the bake has an awn at the top 15～30 mm long,the first lemma is 10～12 mm long.The anthers is yellow with green and 2～2.5 mm long.
