内皮衍生微粒(EMP)在内皮细胞激活或凋亡时释放,由脂质双分子层和内容物组成,包含蛋白、核酸等物质.早期认为它是细胞垃圾、没有功能.但近十多年的研究发现EMP是反映内皮细胞功能和血管生物活性的重要物质,在血管活动、炎症、凝血等生理病理过程中发挥重要作用.本文就EMP的功能及组分、与内皮损伤修复、血管新生、心脑血管疾病的关系和作为标志物、信使传递的作用进行综述.
Endothelium-derived microparticles (EMP) are released when endothelial cells are in activation or apoptosis.They are comprised by a lipid bilayer and proteins and nucleic acids.EMP has been considered as cell garbage without any function early.However,in recent decade,it has been found that EMP is an important factor in reflecting endothelial cell function and vascular biological activity,and played an important role in physiology and pathology such as vascular activity,inflammation and coagulation.Here,the EMP composition and function,the relationship between EMP and endothelial injury and repair,angiogenesis,cardiovascular diseases,EMP as biomarker and signaling transduction will be reviewed.
