目的:评价痤疮2号方治疗痤疮的疗效及对TNF-α水平的影响。方法:将76例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例,治疗组给予痤疮2号方口服,对照组口服异维A酸和罗红霉素,疗程8周,治疗期间每2周复诊1次,记录皮损变化及不良反应。治疗组患者在治疗开始前、治疗8周后,采用ELISA方法检测TNF-α水平。结果:治疗第8周时,治疗组有效率为73.7%,与对照组疗效相当(78.9%)(P〉0.05)。治疗组不良反应4例,对照组8例。与治疗前相比,治疗8周后治疗组患者血清TNF-α含量明显下降( P〈0.05)。结论:痤疮2号方可能通过降低血清TNF-α水平有效治疗寻常痤疮。

英文摘要:

Objective:To assess the efficacy of Acne 2 decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris and of the influence on the TNF-α level. Methods:Seventy-six patients were divided into the treatment group and control group, 38 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Acne 2 decoc-tion and those in the control group were treated with isotretinoin and roxithromycin for eight weeks. Efficacy and adverse reaction were assessed once every two weeks. The level of serum TNF-α of the patients in the treatment group were detected by ELISA before and after 8 weeks treatment. Results:The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 73.7% and 78.9% after eight weeks treatment, with no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). There were 4 patients with adverse reaction in the treatment group and 8 patients in the control group. The level of serum TNF-αof the patients in the treatment group af-ter eight weeks treatment was decreased compared with that before the treatment ( P〈0.05) . Conclusion:Ac-ne 2 decoction is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris, which may be correlation with the decreasing of the level of serum TNF- α.
