A 28-month-old boy presented with generalized erythema and asteatosis cutis for 2 years. Physical examination showed well-defined symmetrieal erythema with dry and rough skin on his face, trunk and limbs. We also found pahnoplantar keratoderma and tiny scales not easy to strip. Biopsy revealed hyperkeratosis with mild parakeralosis and acanthosis. Mild edema with inflammatory cell infihration was found in dermis. A diagnosis of erythrokeratoderma variabilis was made.
