为探讨土壤受大气硫源的影响,采集了江西省北部地区的表层森林土壤样品,分别测定了土壤不同形态硫(总硫、水溶态硫、吸附态硫和有机硫)的含量以及同位素组成.并随机采集土壤样品附近的石生苔藓样品,测定其硫含量和同位素组成,再与土壤样品进行比较.江西省苔藓组织硫含量平均为0.34%±0.20%,同位素组成除丰城外(-3.31‰),均偏正,平均为5.64‰±2.23‰.土壤总硫平均含量在189.0~793.5 mg·kg-1之间,有机硫是土壤硫的主要形态,水溶态硫含量最少.土壤总硫同位素值在4.45‰~10.28‰之间变化.各形态硫同位素值均偏正,有机硫同位素值最大,水溶态硫与吸附态硫的同位素值接近.土壤总硫含量明显低于苔藓硫含量,且与苔藓硫含量无明显相关.除有机硫外(R=0.50,P〉0.05),土壤总硫、水溶态硫、吸附态硫均与苔藓硫同位素值有着较为显著的线性关系(R均在0.7以上,P〈0.01),即随着苔藓硫同位素值的增大而增大,说明土壤总硫、SO2-4受大气硫源的直接影响较大,而有机硫受大气硫的直接影响较小.
In order to study the influence of atmospheric sulfur on soil sulfur, the forest surface soil samples and moss samples were collected in north areas of Jiangxi province. Contents and isotopes of sulfur in different forms (total sulfur, water-soluble sulfur, absorbed sulfur and organic sulfur) were determined. The average sulfur content of mosses was 0.34% ±0. 20%. All of the 834S values except at Fengcheng ( - 3.31‰) were positive, the average was 5.64‰ ± 2.23‰. The average contents of soil total sulfur were between 189.0 mg.kg-1 and 793.5 mg.kg-1. The organic sulfur was the main sulfur form in surface soils and the contents of watersoluble sulfur were the lowest. The δ34S values of total sulfur were in the range of 4.45‰-10. 28‰. The highest soil 834S values were determined for organic sulfur and the 834S values of water-soluble and absorbed sulfur were similar. The contents of soil total sulfur were much lower than those of the mosses. Except for organic sulfur ( R = 0.50, P 〉 0.05 ) , the δ34S values of total sulfur, water-soluble sulfur and absorbed sulfur were all significantly correlated with those of moss sulfur ( R 〉 0. 7, P 〈 0.01 ). These results indicated that atmospheric sulfur directly affected the total sulfur, water-soluble sulfur and ahsorhed sulfur, but not the organic sulfur.
