甘蔗新品种(系)云蔗05-51和云蔗05-49耐砍晒试验分析

以甘蔗新品种(系)云蔗05-51、云蔗05-49为研究对象,对比了两者与新台糖22号(CK1)、粤糖93-159(CK2)砍晒4 d的主要经济指标的变化情况。结果表明:(1)砍晒2 d,云蔗05-51蔗糖转化率小于粤糖93-159、大于新台糖22号,云蔗05-49小于两对照;砍晒3 d,云蔗05-51、云蔗05-49蔗糖转化率均小于新台糖22号、略高于粤糖93-159;砍晒4 d,云蔗05-51、云蔗05-49都超过两对照;在砍晒3 d内,云蔗05-51、云蔗05-49耐砍晒性状表现优良。(2)云蔗05-51砍晒后水分不易散失,储存性较好。(3)云蔗05-51、云蔗05-49、新台糖22号还原糖增加较粤糖93-159明显,除云蔗05-49外,其他3个参试材料的纤维分均呈增加趋势。

英文摘要:

Post-harvest responses to sunlight exposure during four consecutive sunny days were analyzed for two newly released sugarcane varieties( Yunzhe 05-49 and Yunzhe 05-51) and two check varieties( ROC22 and Yuetang 93-159). The results showed that: 1) During the first two days,Yunzhe 05-49 had less amount of sugar converted than both check varieties; while Yunzhe 05-51 had a lower sugar conversion rate than Yuetang 93-159,but a higher conversion rate than ROC22; 2) On the third day after harvest,the amount of converted sugar was less in Yunzhe 05-51 and Yunzhe 05-49 than in ROC22,but was a little more than Yuetang93-159; and 3) On the fourth day post harvest,both Yunzhe 05-51 and Yunzhe 05-49 had a higher sugar conversion rate than either check variety. Therefore,within three days after harvest,Yunzhe 05-51 and Yunzhe 05-49 were relatively tolerant to sugar loss under direct sunlight. Yunzhe 05-51 showed a good storability by preventing water loss in the stalks. Lastly,the reducing sugar content was clearly more in Yunzhe 05-51,Yunzhe 05-49 and ROC22 than in Yuetang 93-159,the fiber content was increased in all varieties except for Yunzhe 05-49.
