The design of smoke exhaust system for large comprehensive shopping malls has the characteristics of complexity,diversity and flexibility. How the system is designed will influence the emergency evacuation,economic investment and application function of the whole shopping mall. In order to meet these requests,designers should combine the practical conditions with design work to make the smoke exhaust system economical,practical,safe and reliable. By drawing on real case studies,this analysis reveals the differences among diverse smoke exhaust systems,hence to classify different systems applied to different kinds of shopping mall for reference
