以1mm厚丁基橡胶为基体,研究了非晶粉的含量和粒度对复合材料薄片吸声性能的影响。实验发现,控制Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉的粒度为100目,非晶粉与丁基橡胶的质量比为1.50时,材料的吸声效果较好;控制Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉与丁基橡胶质量比为0.50,非晶粉的粒度为200目时,材料的吸声效果较好。金属网的加入,会使材料的吸声系数增加,吸声频带拓宽。
Study on IIR slice of l mm, discuss the content or particle-size of amorphous powder effects on material'property of sound absorption. It is founded that material' the property of sound absorption is better when the quality proportion of Fe73.5 Cu1 Nb3 Si13.5 B9 amorphous powder and butyl rubber is 1.50 by controlling the particle-size of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous powder is 100 mesh numbers. Material' the property of sound absorption is better when the mesh numbers are 200 by controlling the quality proportion of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5 B9 amorphous powder and butyl rubber is 0.50. The sound absorption coefficient increase by adding wire netting and the frequency-band widen.
