中文摘要:

大批量定制的核心是为客户提供多样化产品,同时减少企业内部多样化,以降低产品成本和提高产品质量.在产品零部件实例库基础上,以复杂网络理论和方法为工具,构建复杂产品零部件关系网络,并对网络结构进行分析.在分析网络入度分布和平均出度关系的基础上,提出了复杂产品零部件关系网络的理论模型,并通过汽轮机产品实例数据库进行了验证研究.

英文摘要:

The core of mass customization is to provide customers with diversified products, as well as to reduce the internal diversification of the enterprise in order to reduce product cost and improve product quality. In this paper, the network of parts relation of complex product is constructed on the case library of parts with the theory and method of complex network. From the study results, it indicates that the distributions curves of degrees follow a power-law in terms of the construction of network. Through the analysis of relation between the in-degree distribution and average out-degree, the theory model of network of complex product is established, and is validated with a set of product data collected from the study-case of steam turbines.
