介绍了磷酸钠对半水硫酸钙晶须在水溶液中的形貌和晶型的稳定性影响。考查了反应时间及磷酸钠用量等因素对稳定化效果的影响,并采用SEM、DSC-TG、XRD等方法对磷酸钠稳定化处理后半水硫酸钙晶须产品的表面形貌、热稳定性及物相组成进行了表征。结果表明:在0.10%用量、作用时间20 min、稳定化温度100℃的稳定化作用条件下,磷酸钠可使半水硫酸钙晶须的形貌2 h不变,同时磷酸对半水硫酸钙晶须的晶型也有一定的稳定作用。
Stabilization effect of sodium phosphate on crystalline phase and crystal shape of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers in aqueous solution was introduced.Effects of reaction factors such as amount of sodium phosphate and reaction time were investigated.Morphology,thermal stability and phase composition of stabilized hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers were characterized by means of SEM,DSC-TG and XRD.Results indicated that crystal shape of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers could be invariableness in two hours at 100 ℃ with addition of 0.10% sodium phosphate for 20 min and that sodium phosphate could play a part role in crystalline phase stabilization of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers.
