随着工程实际的需要和测量分辨率的不断提高,机加工表面会不断出现更为精细的结构。将分形几何理论应用到机械车削加工表面微观形貌的研究,然后基于W-M函数建立了分形参数与传统表面精度指标间的关系,而且也建立了有关切削参数与车削表面分形参数之间的关系,从而为车削表面进一步的分形研究打下了基础。
With the needs of engineering practice and the continual improvement of measuring resolution, more fine structure of the machined surface will be appeared constantly. The fractal geometry theory is applied to the mechanical turning processing surface micro morphology research. Based on W-M function, the relationship of the fractal parameters and the traditional surface precision index is established, and also the relationship between related cutting parameters and cutting surface fractal parameters is established .Thus it lays a foundation for the further fractal research of the turning surface.
