Combining with the theories of knowledge network and ontology, this paper gives a formal definition and structural analysis of semantic knowledge network, and completes the network construction by the use of ontology technology. The network considers knowledge and its affiliated object separately, including ontology layer and knowl- edge network layer and covering multi-layer knowledge. Through the network, we can mine, analyze and manage the knowledge of the organization by using the ontology＇ s function of knowledge retrieval and inference.
