目的:研究β-catenin在肝卵圆细胞中的表达和意义。方法:利用2-乙酰氨基芴/部分肝切除(2-AAF/PH)建立肝卵圆细胞活化的大鼠模型,利用免疫组化方法研究其中β-catenin和CycinD1表达情况。结果:β-catenin主要表达于肝细胞的细胞膜上,但在肝卵圆细胞,可见胞浆和胞核均有β-catenin的表达。CycinD1只表达于肝卵圆细胞,而肝细胞未见表达,且CycinD1主要定位于细胞核上。讨论:WNT信号途径也参与了肝卵圆细胞活化的过程和肝卵圆细胞的增殖和分化相关。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the expression of β-catenin in the hepatic oval cell and its significance. Methods The rat model of hepatic oval cell activation was established using 2-acetylaminofluorene and two-third partial hepatectomy (2-AAF/PH). The expressions of β-catenin and CycinD1 in the hepatic oval cell were detected by immunohistoehemistry. Results β-catenin was mainly expressed in the cellular membrane of the hepatocyte; however, β-catenin expression was detectable in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the hepatic oval cell. CycinD1 was only expressed in the hepatic oval cell, especially in its nucleus, but not in the hepatocyte. Conclusion The WNT signaling pathway plays a role in the process of hepatic oval cell activation, which is associated with the proliferation and differentiation of the hepatic oval cell.
