对SA在氯化钙溶液中的成球特性进行了研究,并且添加铁、铝、铜等金属离子制备成SA-Ca-Fe等凝胶球.采用FTIR、TG等仪器对凝胶球的结构和形态进行了表征.凝胶球的颜色取决于金属离子,直径为3~4mm,含水率为94%~96%.研究了不同金属离子的SA-Ca凝胶球吸附Cr2O72-的特性.结果表明:反应3h后,SA-Ca、SA-Ca-Co、SA-Ca-Ni凝胶球对Cr2O72-几乎没有吸附能力;SA-Ca-Cu、SA-Ca-Al凝胶球对Cr2O72-吸附能力较小,而SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球对Cr2O72-的去除率达到93%,准二级吸附动力学方程可很好地描述各类凝胶球的吸附过程.
The balling property of calcium alginate (SA-Ca) which was prepared by sodium alginate (SA) in CaCl2 solution were studied,and SA-Ca-Fe gel beads were prepared by adding different metal ions onto SA-Ca,such as Fe3+,AP+,Cu2+.The structure and morphology of calcium alginate gel beads were characterized by FTIR,TG,etc.The color of the beads depended on metal ion,the diameters of the beads were 3-4 rnm,and the moisture contents of the beads were 94%-96%.The adsorption capacities of different calcium alginate-metal ion gel beads to Cr2O72-have been studied.The results showed that SA-Ca,SA-Ca-Co,SA-Ca-Ni gel beads hardly had adsorption capacity of Cr2O72-after 3h reaction,SA-Ca-Cu,SA-Ca-Al gel beads had low adsorption capacity of Cr2O72-,and the removal ratio of Cr2O72-by SA-Ca-Fe gel beads was 93%.In addition,adsorption processes with various gel beads were described well with the pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetic equation.
