英文摘要：

From the theoretical perspectives of institutional logic and institutional entrepreneurship, we analyze the reform of China＇s P2 Pinternet lending field in two dimensions of organizational boundary and practice. The analysis is based on media reports about peer-to-peer internet lending, workshops on P2 P, corporate annual reports, social responsibility reports and website information, etc. from 2006 to2015. We find that there are four stages of the reform of China＇s P2 P lending field, namely institutional stability, institutional conflict, in-stitutional innovation and institutional adjustment in two dimensions of boundary and practice. In addition, we discuss financial logic andcommunity logic of P2 P firms and explore institutional entrepreneurs and their function in P2 P field,which help to understand the process-es and mechanisms driving changes in the institutional lifecycle, and also contributes to study the P2 P development in China from the dy-namic perspective.
