The article establishes an evaluation system according to the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and quantitative analyses of the coordination of transport and tourism in Xinjiang are conducted through the comprehensive development index and coordination degree with time series analysis. Research shows that ： the two systems development index is rising continuely in 20 years. Taking the development of a comprehensive index in 2000 as the average, the two systems integrated development index came to 2. 135 and 1. 766, the highest value in 2006. The degree of coordination of the transport and tourism systems increased by more than 40 times in 20 years, reflecting that the two systems strengthen coordination continuely. At the same time, there are obvious fluctuation and stage-change.
