本文提出一种考虑需求侧资源参与孤立微网频率调节能力的蓄电池储能系统容量概率规划方法。首先,提出一种需求侧负荷变参与度频率控制策略;进而,考虑微网分布式能源的间歇性特征,提出融合概率分析的时域仿真方法与一种基于面积准则的储能系统容量确定算法;最后结合蒙特卡洛仿真求解孤立微网频率调节所需蓄电池储能系统容量的最优概率分布。该方法可充分计及微网运行过程中的高维不确定性因素,为规划人员根据微网运行需求配置最优的储能容量提供了一种有效的规划工具。
Considering the frequency response capability in demand side,a statistical capacity planning method for bat-tery energy storage system of island microgrid is proposed. First,a frequency control strategy with variable degrees of participation is applied to the load in demand side. Then,according to the intermittent characteristics of distributed en-ergy,an energy storage capacity determination method is introduced based on the combination of time-domain simula-tion with statistical analysis and area criterion. Finally,Monte Carlo simulation method is used to obtain the optimal ca-pacity distribution of battery energy storage system under frequency regulation. The proposed method can fully take into account the high-dimensional uncertainties in the operation of microgrid,and provide an effective planning tool for the planners to determine the optimal energy storage capacity.
