信任关系的不确定性是信任评估和可信赖性预测的最大挑战，针对该问题，将具有良好语义表述和推理能力的直觉模糊理论用于描述信任关系的不确定性，提出一种基于直觉模糊推理的信任评估方法。首先，确定了基于直觉模糊推理进行信任等级评估的基本原理，选取了主体提供服务的能力、请求服务的数量、传播速度、评价和关注度等5个分析模式；然后对这5个模式进行归一量化和模糊化，建立直觉模糊推理规则，进行信任等级推理。实验结果表明，该方法能够比较准确的评估出主体的信任等级，与专家经验基本吻合。

英文摘要：

Uncertainty of trust relations is one of the biggest challenges faced by trust evaluation （TE） and trustworthiness predication. In view of the questions of TE, intuitionistic fuzzy theory which have good ability of semantic expression and reasoning is used to describe uncertainty of trust relations, and a method for TE based on intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning is protposed. Firstly, the theory of TE based on intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning is established and the capability of service provider for providing service, the quantity of requesting service, and diffusion, rating and attention-degree are selected as five analytical models. Secondly, the five analytical models are quantized and normalized, fuzziness value of which are derived, rules of intuitionistic fuzzy reamning are created,and trust degree is estimate. The experimental result shows that the method can estimate the trust level much precisely,and to a degree, the estimate is fit for the opinion of experts experience.
