In order to foster the needed talents of information management and information system in the company, according to the characteristics of running a college, the implement method of professional talent cultivation mode of information management and information system is introduced in this paper. This method takes Taiyuan University of Science＆Technology as a example. In order to ensure that this talent cultivation solution can be implemented successfully, a seris of effective measures are proposed.
