提出了一个基于交错Buck+全桥构架的电子镇流器,该系统应用于紫外线(UV)固化行业。气体放电灯的声共振问题等要求其输入具有较低纹波,交错Buck恰好具有低输出纹波特性,此外交错式Buck能有效降低器件定额,这使得其在大功率电子镇流器应用中有其独特优势。在此将论述交错Buck及其控制策略的实现工作原理。对其进行模型建立并设计环路补偿。实验结果验证了设计分析的正确性与可行性。
An electronic ballast framework based on interleaved Buck+full bridge is presented, the system is used in UV curing industry.Gas discharge lamp acoustic resonance problem requires the input with low ripple,interleaved Buck has low output ripple characteristic ,the interleaved Buck converter can effectively reduce the device quota, which has its unique advantage in high power electronic ballast applications.This paper discusses the working princi- ple of the interleaved Buck converter and the control strategy, the model and the design of loop compensation.The ex- perimental results verify the correctness of the analysis and the feasibility of the design.
